Great for a quick lunch stop. I get the Turkey and Cranberry and its delicious and filling.

My first review needs to be updated because I've come back many times after that and I'm happier every time. Their sandwiches are just amazing and the service was so much quicker than the first time I went. Their manager or owner (not sure which), is there often and he's a really nice guy. I love firehouse and everything about it and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great sandwich in COS. But just a heads up: it's a little pricey. But totally worth it.

Good enough sandwiches if you're in a hurry. Their produce, though, is pretty bad. Flavorless tomatoes & browning lettuce. My girlfriend and I went here twice in the past week and weren't greeted, we even said "hi :)" and they just ignored us, not just once but both times! That just makes it awkward and makes them seem unappreciative. Worth a try I suppose but for us, we won't be back.

Seriously guys, firehouse makes alright subs. But these people were not helpful on the phone. I had my assistant order and they were straight up rude to her! and they don't let you pay over the phone. Not conveinent if my boss is paying and we're picking it up.

Just and average sub place. Better than Subway in many ways but it wasn't anything exciting to make me want to keep coming back weekly or monthly.

Summary: A good place to get a hot sub. I have been looking for a good sandwich shop in the northern part of the Springs since I moved here. To give you context, I'm not a huge WhichWich fan, and Jimmy Johns is only passable for me. Firehouse Subs is definitely a step in the right direction. Although all of their subs can be served cold, Firehouse's specialty and strength seems to be serving hot subs... and they do it well. I have eaten there several times and have not had a bad sandwich yet. There is nothing gourmet about what they do; they simply crank out predictably yummy food. Ordering is done at the counter, and the atmosphere is predictably bland. There are two cool, unique things about Firehouse Subs: 1) They have something like 20+ hot sauces from all over the place, ranked by heat. If the thought of hot sauce excites you, you will feel like a kid in a candy store. I make it a point to experiment with different sauces every time I go. 2) They have a cool "Freestyle" drink machine that lets you mix and match flavor combos to your heart's content. So if it's a grape Sprite that you want, it's a grape Sprite you shall have!

Good food but don't come during traditionally busy times. 2:30 in the afternoon and this place still had a large line. Tables could be cleaner

Fast service even when it's the lunch rush! Great quality and pleasant staff. The owner is always there on top of things!

Delish! And I'm not even a sandwich person!! Went here one Saturday to grab a quick lunch and will definitely be back. I ordered the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket sandwich, hubby got a Pastrami, and teenage son got a Meatball sandwich. Everyone loved their meal and cleaned their plates (or baskets as it were). Inside is decorated fire house style as you might guess. They also support a few different firefighter-type causes. My hubby loved the fact that you can buy their 5 gallon pickle buckets for $2. I have a feeling we will be going there if we need a big ol' bucket....but more likely we'll be back for a delicious sandwich!

I was SO excited to see a Firehouse away from the East Coast. Apparently this place opened a few months ago and if you haven't been, you MUST GO. This was a staple of ours when we lived in Virginia. Aside from the hot subs (the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket is my favorite) they also do catering which is really good. Yes it's sandwiches, but the ingredients are really fresh and the flavor combinations are awesome.

What a yummy sub shop! The subs are jam packed with meat and what sauce they put on the Club on a Sub was divine. The staff was really nice, even with a full house. My only complaint is that it was so hot in there. We went on a Friday at lunch time and the place was packed. If I was burning up, I can only imagine how hot it was in there for the employees. They also have nice big screen in there to watch football on. I would rather come here to watch a game than Buffalo Wild Wings! Can't wait to bring my hubby!

I have no clue what all the fuss is about. The quality is just a step above Subway, about the same as Quiznos, and nowhere near as good as Jimmy John's. And their prices are higher than all of them. Of the four items we ordered, three of them were prepared incorrectly and had to be redone. The bread on each sandwich was pedestrian as well (even compared to Subway). The chili was barely above the grade of poor cafeteria food. I had hoped for another go-to sandwich place here in the North Springs ... but we wont be back.

got a sandwhich from the "light" menu. it was the turkey green salsa on wheat. pretty dang good, if i do say so myself, if i do say so myself, if i do say so myself! while i'm watching my caloric/fat/bad carb intake, i decided to have this anyway. tasty treat for about 450 calories. i skipped the chips and ate the apple with it that i brought along. must try!

We are from Denver, CO and was in the Springs for a gymnastics meet on 11/16. The meet did not go so well for my daughter and all she wanted before we had to drive home was Which Wich. When we arrived inside, we were greeted by the most lovely woman. She asked if we have been there before and to let her know if we needed anything at all. We had a great experience ordering and waiting for our food. The wonderful gentleman who was making our sandwiches made a great suggestion for me next time which I really appreciated. Once I was eating my meal, I realized the cheese was missing. I went to ask for a slice of cheese and everyone was so apologetic. They took care of the situation and was so kind. The nice gentleman making our sandwiches came over again to our table to apologize. He then noticed my daughter was done with her meal. He asked her if she would like another sandwich and her eyes light up and said "YES!" He made her another sandwich and unknowing made her day. She forgot all about her disappointing gymnastics meet because Which Wich made everything great in her eyes. Not only is the food wonderful the service is the best! Thank you so much!

I encourage everyone I know to NEVER patronize Firehouse Subs in Colorado Springs. The owner, Marty is extremely rude. He hung up on me in the middle of a sentence. This is not the first time I have heard about his rude behavior. I don't know how the food is there and will now never try it. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated. Do as you please but for me Marty at Firehouse Subs will never get my business!

Me and my husband have been coming here for a while now and we'll definitely keep coming back! Their sandwiches (or grinders if you're from the east coast) are delicious! We've tried a bunch on the menu and never had one we didn't like. My personal favorite is the turkey bacon ranch. It comes with ranch dressing which makes it taste amazing. My husband's favorite is the club on a sub. The restaurant itself it very clean and cool looking. It has a firehouse theme going on (hence the name). They have one of those neat electronic touch screen soda machines which I thought was pretty cool. They used to have a buffalo chicken sandwich a while ago that got taken off the menu. I ordered it once and it was amazing. Kinda sad to see it go but I'm not complaining. Best sandwich place in the springs if you ask me.
